I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant today. They couldn't locate my order, even though I could see it right in front of them. When I asked if utensils and cardboard boxes were included in the bag, they only mentioned utensils. I was at this place twice in a week. Not only did they have the same output of the BOTH times, a half-sized sandwich instead of a full, but they also gave no tuna at all in sandwich the second time. Unfortunately, it was to go so I couldn't do anything about it.
Decent Panera. Got cold soup a few times though. Pricey and usually leave still hungry but we go for the cravings right? Papaya green tea is amazing
I ordered a strawberry smoothie and i received a strawberry banana smoothie. I went back in and asked a worker for a new one and he refused…. i am allergic to bananas! i do not recommend the smoothies!!!!
Awful customer service. being a teen, the super rude manager kicks us out as soon as we walk in, without giving us a chance to even order food. not a great way to welcome us.
We have been going to Panera at MarketStreet for a couple of years now. Good food, but the prices have gone up over 30% in the past two years. This is self-service dining, and you cannot walk out of there without dishing out $30 on lunch for two.
