Very poor customer service especially by the lady who was delivering at curbside order. I had placed 3 orders and she was so upset that she said make sure to place all items in 1 order only in future. I was like are serious and does it says anywhere that customers are allowed to only place 1 order not more. Seems like she wasn't happy at doing her job. Not going to this Panera location in future.
Service is VERY hit or miss. Big premium prices for something just a step above McDonald's there is a local bakery in my town that you can get much MUCH better than Panera for just a little more. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
The sandwich we ordered was good. Their bread tends to be a bit too chewy, but it is still tasty. I'm only writing the review to show how little soup you get... We ordered a BOWL of Homestyle Chicken Noodle and got this... barely half full. (Probably a good thing since it was enough salt for the entire day. Last, look at the amount of broth. I'm not joking when I say this soup was THIN. For $8? Nope. Won't order this again. I'll stick to a coffee and pastry. Service was odd... ordered in person and they never asked here or to go, no number given, and/or no pager? Seemed off.
I placed a large order today. They couldn’t find my order and kept telling me they didn’t have it when it was right in front of them. Then I asked if utensils and paper plates were in the bag and they said only utensils. I asked for a few paper plates and they told me they can only give to catering orders. I asked if they could help me out with just 5, they refused. They didn’t include utensils either. Just really really bad customer service.
