The drive-thru staff was rude, and there was even a "hot mic" incident. The employees seem unprepared for busy times like lunch and dinner, causing consistently long waits. In comparison, the Panama City location is far better; they apologize for delays or missing items. It seems the Lynn Haven location has accepted that poor customer service will go unpunished.
