Dunkin' - Feedback

What User likes about Dunkin':
I live near this Dunkin', so I often stop by to grab coffee for myself and my wife, and sometimes we also enjoy breakfast there. The staff is consistently friendly, and the service is quick. The drinks are always ready when I walk in, and the drive-thru service is just as efficient. Stopped for coffee tonight while waiting for the bus just after 8 pm. Employee was standing around talking to two customers seated in a booth. Product was already cleared and I was told the store was closed. Store hours on the door state they're open until 9 pm. Employee claimed those are drivethru hours. Nowhere does it specify drivethru. If the store was closed, why were those two customers still in there? View all feedback.
