I stop by Mosaic anytime I want a fast but not fast food meal. They food is affordable and fresh! I always get a burrito, bring it home and throw it in a cast iron pan to heat it up and bam! Tastey, easy and affordable! Did I say they have adrive-thru Awesome customer service too!
Didn?t realize the dining room closed at 5PM while the place remains open for drive thru until 6 (close time per google). Was planning takeout but wasn?t going to sit in the parking lot while the food was being made. Went somewhere else.
I was expecting fresh but everything I got in my bowl was canned: the chicken, jalapeños, canned nacho cheese??? Even the corn (it?s even in season I mean come on?! Just not impressed especially for the price

The staff at Mosaic delivered outstanding service. We loved the ambiance, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we believe this place is a true hidden gem in the city. We will certainly be coming back.
