What a great little spot. It's small and has that mom and pop Cafe feel to it. Super clean and the staff was really nice. The chef took my order as it is a small operation. I buy protein shakes and salmon avocado toast from the 3rd wave cafe regularly, and they never disappoint!!!!! Today I went in for a protein shake and left with a complimentary theraflu tea because I was feeling under the weather, how sweet are they!!! I can’t say enough kind things about them, the food and staff are consistently phenomenal!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
