What User doesn't like about Crust Gourmet Pizza:
Placed an order online, came to pick up and they didn't even start the order. The docket didn't print apparently. I note 4 weeks ago another customer put in a review for the same issue. If your going to take online orders, make sure you have proper systems and processes so customers aren't waiting for an hour for $20 pizzas. Upon request they delivered which was good. I have been ordering from this restaurant for several years now. The taste and quality have always been consistently great, but the delivery is slow. Our evening meal took 105 minutes to arrive when we selected the ASAP delivery option, which should have meant delivery within 60 minutes. They are usually late, but this time was especially long. Never fails to disappoint. Probably the best pizza's in the area. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than some of the others but you get what you pay for
