Crust Gourmet Pizza - Lyndhurst

I have been ordering from this restaurant for several years now. The taste and quality have always been consistently great, but the delivery is slow. Our evening meal took 105 minutes to arrive when we selected the ASAP delivery option, which should have meant delivery within 60 minutes. They are usually late, but this time was especially long. We placed our order under the name Navneet on August 4th. We called the saved number and provided our feedback. As of August 22nd, we are happy to report that they have improved their service and we are returning the stars for their fast reaction and service. We have no complaints about the quality of the food, as it is always top-notch.

I have sampled all of the vegan pizzas at this restaurant and they are all delicious. The pulled jackfruit and the peri peri "not chicken" pizzas are particularly amazing.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress with braces tried to overcharge me for my order, and when I asked for a $10 refund, she became racist and accused me of trying to get free food like others. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, even when I asked to speak to the manager instead. The manager eventually acknowledged the mistake and issued the refund. The waitress needs to learn proper manners and customer service skills. Good luck to anyone who eats here.
