I visited Bertie's for lunch today for the first time, and I was greeted warmly by Craig. The food was simply delicious! I highly recommend this place. It was a refreshing change to see such professional employees. I can't wait to return. Well done, Bertie's!
Whenever we visit Lyndhurst, we always make sure to stop and see the New Forest ponies. After that, we head to Bertie's to grab some cod and chips, which we enjoy in the car while watching the ponies. It's truly the best fish and chips around, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The fish is cooked to perfection, and they also have a restaurant for those who prefer dining in. Highly recommended for good value and friendly staff!
