My main concern is that when you pay with a card, they swipe it through a mobile card reader, which can be problematic on days with poor cell service, making them cash-only. It appears to be a family-run establishment, as I’ve noticed a young child frequently running in and out of the food trailer kitchen, often crying and shouting.
