While some patrons lament the slow service, particularly highlighted during quiet times, others celebrate the delicious offerings, like the chicken shawarma wrap and fresh falafel. Guests appreciate the diverse menu catering to various dietary restrictions and the friendly staff. However, concerns over parking and excessively loud music have been noted. Overall, the restaurant maintains the potential for a rewarding dining experience with improvements in service execution.
