I?ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered through the app, which doesn?t offer to pay at the location (and some do . The fries were cold and burnt. I took them back and asked for new ones. The guy that put the fries in the bag definitely had an attitude about it, like I was a burden. The fries were hot but old and stale. More so like chips.
