Chick-fil-a - Lynchburg

Neat Chick Fil A! Drive thru with pinic seating in a park like setting. Always busy, but service is always fast. Parking is tight due rush hours.

I?ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered through the app, which doesn?t offer to pay at the location (and some do . The fries were cold and burnt. I took them back and asked for new ones. The guy that put the fries in the bag definitely had an attitude about it, like I was a burden. The fries were hot but old and stale. More so like chips. They?re brown. I?m not sure if it?s because they haven?t changed the oil in a while or what. But these were the worst fries I?ve ever had from Chick-fil-A. I love Chick-fil-A. I?m highly disappointed ? (I took pics, not sure if you can really tell from the lighting..

As usual, Chick-fil-A is always the best fast food restaurant. Food and service.
