The assistant manager was fantastic, very friendly to both of us, and the service was really quick. The Christmas decorations added a wonderful atmosphere to the restaurant, with great prices and generous portions of food. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Tonight, we called to see if a table was available for four people, as the website indicated it was full. The lady who answered was happy to accommodate us and make a reservation. Once seated, we were promptly greeted and took our drink orders. Our meals followed shortly after, and when my daughter ordered her burger, we were asked about her preferences for sauce, salsa, and chips. We were impressed by the attentiveness of the waiter (wearing a navy shirt) in ensuring that she got exactly what she wanted. We also noticed that the waiter took care of a mother feeding her baby at another table, showing great care and consideration. We just want to commend the exceptional customer service we experienced tonight and express our gratitude as a family of four. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

The dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic, with excellent food and friendly service. The buttermilk halloumi kebabs were a highlight and the steaks were delicious. We opted for the hot stone cooking method, which added an extra element of fun to the meal as we were able to cook the meat to our liking.

Today we were here and that was delicious. I expected the usual pub tariff with frozen chips etc. but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal we had. my friend had the steak pee filled with meat, no gristle or padding with cheaper ingredients. my fish and chips were beautiful. really big fat chips! I'm tired of being served with pommes if I want a good old fashion chip. keep it up. we're coming back.

We booked a funeral buffet at the Saracens Head and were very impressed. We chose the gold menu and added a selection of cakes for 30 people and it was delicious. The selection was varied and beautifully displayed, and the dishes that should be hot, were. Staff were also discreet, very polite and efficient. I can't rate the venue highly enough, the staff made a difficult afternoon much more of a celebration than a sad occasion.
