The food was fantastic! The menu offers a wide selection of traditional "pub grub," along with daily specials. The house-made steak and ale pie was the standout dish for me—it was absolutely delicious. This is a wonderful start to our new community adventure, and I hope it lasts a long time!

I have some concerns about booking a table here because I don’t want the place to get too crowded for us. They serve the best tuna steak I've ever had, and when my companion tasted it, her reaction was, "OMG, this is amazing!" They really don’t promote how great this local pub has become, but I recommend visiting soon.

I visited this pub tonight and was pleased to find a great selection of gluten-free options. I chose the Thai fishcakes, which were delicious and offered a nice change. My partner had the cake of the day, which was excellent. However, I think they could improve their dessert menu a bit. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely return.

Today here looking for a late lunch was unhappy elsewhere. very pleasantly surprised. excellent decor and friendly, efficient service. eat cooked and beautifully presented. 10oz. sirloin with rack from cherry tomato, mushrooms, plucked and chips for £18. also available oap (small portion) meal times; for those with a less demanding appetit than my good-self. my wife had the sampi that was also excellent. we will definitely come back.
