China Town - Lyman

I'm new to South Carolina, and I'm trying all the local asian spots. The food here isn't bad, but it isn't great either. I've only ordered once, but we got beef with Broccoli, pork Mei fun, and chicken lo mein. All of the food was very oily, and the proteins lacked flavor. I do wish they had a traditional dish menu available. It's a small location, and it took 45 minutes to make our food. The price is pretty fair for the amount of food you get. It's not at the top of my list for chinese food, but if I can't find a better place, I will settle for this.

Really good food takes a while but the food is fresh and they will call to let you know it’s ready. I had the fried chicken and house rice. Both a 10/10. House rice is definitely my fav!

I'm new to the area so I'm guessing they must just be getting settled in because Stock was all in the floor there and I wished I would have ordered by phone, it took to long for for wings and rice! The food was great though!

I ordered Sesame chicken, and it was nasty. It honestly didn't even taste like chicken. Eaten here 3 times, and it was only decent once. The restaurant itself isn't very clean and has old dirty furniture. Don't waste your money, there are better places a few miles up the road

Not anything special. The orange chicken was very thin cuts of chicken with lots of breading. The rice was really good however. Would only recommend if there isn’t anything elsewhere (which there isn’t much). Otherwise take a drive and find another place. Certainly don’t recommend for a date night or such.
