Memo's pizza is the best kurrier for me in Lucerne. The food is delicious, always delivered on time and hot. The kurrier guy, Didi, is actually the best delivery guy for all bhms students. He is always proposing us t try new dishes of the chef and always talks good about the food and makes you feel like eating at Memo's everytime. We are regular customers and order from Memos almost every week. The food is always very good and freshly prepared. The delivery service is always very quick and friendly. We thank you for the good service.
Really gruesome KEBAB! With old meat they make it extra salty so it lasts a long time on your counter dirty salad old general dirty there. Rude and professional, it's a shame these days anyone can open a shop and register with eat.ch and work and hang up a certificate in the shop, the owner says I'm lying, zoom in on the salad and then you'll see brown. I ordered pizza kebab, mixed salad and 0.5l cola On the phone they didn't ask how I paid, which is usually the case. Everything was delivered early, but the delivery person didn't have an EC device with him and I didn't have any cash. I said I would come by the next day and pay at the store, and the delivery person disappeared without an answer. 15 minutes later, when I was already eating, the doorbell rang again. The supplier with the EC device charged me a whopping 35 CHF without a thank you, sorry for the inconvenience, or a receipt and he disappeared again. I visited MEMOS about 3-4 times a month. NEVER AGAIN!
Falsche lieferung. Fladenbrot war zermatscht. Versteh nicht wie sowas passieren kan. Nie wieder!
Das Essen ist ok. Was ich nicht in Ordnung finde, ist das Verhalten des Personals auf der Strasse. Ich beobachte täglich riskante Manöver und massiv überhöhte Geschwindigkeiten, da ich in der Nachbarschaft wohne. Oft ist dabei au noch das Telefon am Ohr des Fahrers zu beobachten.
