I had a fantastic time at Kaffee Heini at Löwenplatz. The service was excellent, the branch manager, Mr. Nick, was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere was overall pleasant, although the ambience was a bit old. The seating is too narrow. Nevertheless, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives and I can highly recommend a visit.

Was here today with my husband, 11.30am. Unbelievable: Cafe was full: table to table was very close together, customers almost had to sit on each other's laps. Tables not cleared and dirty. Staff not exactly friendly, stressed and had hardly any space to serve. We went outside to have a coffee. We ordered inside and were told they would be coming soon. All the tables outside were dirty and dishes from the previous person
