Unfriendly welcome, extremely long waiting times (waited 20 minutes for the menu to arrive, but then had to ask for it yourself), 1.5 hours until the food arriv... read more Unfriendly welcome, extremely long waiting times (waited 20 minutes for the menu to arrive, but then had to ask for it yourself), 1.5 hours until the food arrived and guests who arrived later were given the food beforehand, unfriendly and rude service. They then apologized with a drink, which was alcoholic. Since we already had an aperitif drink at the beginning, we weren 't allowed to drink any more (we were all there by car). When we said it was nice but alcohol wasn 't an option, she said one more isn 't bad. We also had to postpone another reservation at a bar (it was my birthday) by 45 minutes. At the end the waiter asked how it was apart from the delay. When I honestly shared my feedback with him, he said “we are still young and shouldn’t be stressed. Postponing a reservation isn 't that tragic. I have rarely experienced such rude and poor service.

The bad thing was the price of the food that was not in line with the presentation or the taste of the food. We ordered Angus burgers. Someone in the group ordered pasta and the flavor of the pasta was better than it was in line with its price.
