Nice rooftop with view of the Luxor Temple. Huge space spread across 4 floors for a Koshary and Falafel restaurant. I had to ask for the hot sauce and vinegar which was always served together with the Koshary in all previous restaurants I visited.

Nice and cheap Koshari, you should try it because is one of the traditional dishes. They are gonna charge you like a local.

Its in the center of Luxor where you find fantastic food. Next to all the shops that rip you off, you have this little oasis of good, possibly simple, but very cheap food. Don't expect a 5 star three course meal like in Europe, expect to eat proper and tasty food for one euro. A falafel sandwich with salad AND pickled vegetable's, like the one on the photo is 0,25 euro (5 Egyptian pounds). The guys are friendly, genuine and I totally recommend you eat the dish that they are famous for. It's a mixed pasta bowl with tasty vegetables, beans and meat with a sauce. A large portion is one Euro (20 Egyptian pounds). The servers are friendly and speak enough English to help you. Even discussing recommendations they manage with their language skills. Just come here and ask for the ARAB menu. I
