Their burgers are undoubtedly the best you've ever tasted, and the Bloody Marys are fantastic too! This restaurant is renowned across Wisconsin, having served over a million customers since it opened in the 1960s. With delicious food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere, what more could you possibly want?

If you're on Highway 57, take County Road X east for about a mile, and you'll arrive in Duvall. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted with a friendly smile, and if you’re lucky, the delightful Melanie or Heather will take care of you in no time! I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger, dill pickles, and white cheddar cheese curds, though everything on the menu is a delicious creation that has been perfected over time, especially their amazing chili. They also offer a curated selection of draft beers, and you can’t go wrong with a cold Blue Moon topped with a fresh orange slice. Make sure to save room for dessert; their offerings are tempting but won’t leave you overly stuffed. One of the best surprises here is that they offer reasonable prices, so you won’t feel like you're being overcharged when it’s time to pay. I’ve been visiting Joe’s since 1976, and it’s always been a fantastic place to enjoy quality food and a local vibe during my journeys to Door County. Thanks, Joe’s—looking forward to my next visit! Really, this is probably a 4 4.5 star place, but I walked in expecting 2 3 star food service, and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic exactly what you want if you're just looking for a delicious greasy burger! Loved their spudz and soups, as well, and the service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely stop in again next time we get up to Door Co!

I have a deep appreciation for long-standing small-town restaurants and bars that truly capture the spirit of America's heartland. These establishments often look as though they haven’t changed in twenty or thirty years (or even longer), yet despite the passage of time, both the quality of the food and the warmth of the people remain unchanged. This charming little bar is renowned for its burgers, and after just one bite, I can attest that its reputation is well-earned. I ordered the famous double cheeseburger, and it was simply spectacular. The burger shimmered with a generous coating of butter, and each bite delivered the perfect amount of salt. When my plate arrived, it was a picture-perfect sight, and the flavor was equally impressive. Each bite nearly melted in my mouth, with the flavors harmoniously blending together in a way I’ve never experienced before. I would rank it among the Top 10, possibly even the Top 5 cheeseburgers of all time. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the overall delightful experience.
