The moment you try to speak English to the staff, their faces twist into this disgusting, sour grimace — like you personally offended them just by existing and daring to open your mouth in a language that isn’t their native one. This was my first time visiting Quick in Kirchberg, and it was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I was shocked by their behavior.(especially the black guy) To begin with, I waited over 20 minutes for my order even though the restaurant was not crowded. During this time, I felt very uncomfortable. The employees were constantly looking at each other and laughing instead of focusing on their work or the customers waiting. When my order was finally ready, the lady staff member called the order number in a mocking and careless manner. There were several orders on the counter, so I politely asked which one was mine. Instead of helping, she appeared to make fun of me. I then asked her to smile and went to fill my drink. Suddenly, another worker( the male staff i was referring above) started mocking me from behind, repeatedly saying “smile, smile,” even though I had not said anything to him. This behavior was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should be treated with basic respect, not mocked or humiliated. I did not say any bad word, just tell the lady to smile. Why are you so nervous male staff why???? How do you treat a customer like this ???? Even as I was leaving the restaurant, he continued shouting and mocking me. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior from restaurant staff before. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I seriously question how employees with this level of unprofessionalism are hired. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.Please be careful of the male staff member, as his behavior was highly unprofessional. He does not know how to treat customers respectfully. Customers are not his friends, and speaking to people in a mocking or overly familiar manner is completely unacceptable in a professional setting.And please keep calm smile boy………

I only recommend this burger and did not like any other burger offerings from them. Good value for money.

I have a 30 minutes break I asked the employee if I can pay by Payconiq she told me yes but I have to order it at the cashier, so 2 customers are in front of me... read more I have a 30 minutes break I asked the employee if I can pay by Payconiq she told me yes but I have to order it at the cashier, so 2 customers are in front of me I wasted 13 minutes just to order something. And then the other employee told me that it's not possible to pay by payconiq. So half of my break is gone and I still have nothing to eat. Never going back there!
