This last visit, I did a quick glance after pick up and when I got home saw that I was missing 2 wings from the bottom Louisiana flavor (which was my favorite! . Called and allthey said was oh.... Do you want to come back? Waste my gas and time for 2 wings, no thank you. They should have been there tobegin with or offered me the 2 extra wings or a discount the next time I order or something.... No customer service. Also Iwouldn 't have said anything but since this happened, I feel it 's probably beneficial. The person at the register literallypicked her phone up to text between each customer before she even acknowledged them.

Today my order sat for 30 minutes bc they didn?t tell me it was ready, even though I checked in with them. Then when I asked for fresh fries bc they wereobviously cold, they over salted them and were inedible. And by the time I got home all the wings were cold as well. Called tocomplain, but manager didn?t give me a refund, just offered a rain check on the fries. What good does that do when I probablywill never go back!! So frustrating!!

Every time we have a take out order, it is wrong. They either get one thing wrong or the whole thing wrong. Picked up our order and went hometoday and as usual, order is wrong. Whenever we call they ask us if they want us to come pick up the new order or have a credit.And we can?t even get our credit because every time it?s wrong. Fries are cold, wings are soggy, and just trashy inside. Today,when I called to complain about us having another wrong order, the manager blamed it on the other manager. I told him it?s notthe manager, because every time the order is wrong, the same manager is not there every time. When the girl first answered thephone, I asked her if she was a manager and she said no. I asked her if I can speak with one, and she said yes. She then shoutedfor the manager and said someone wants to talk to you. The manager said who is it, and she said I don?t know, don?tcare.. Let?s also not forget when I walked in to pick up the order, one of the kids working behind the counter was talking tohis friends that walked in and he was bragging how he got fired from another job for stealing food. So I guess I can understandwhy my order is constantly wrong. They don?t care, they hire any able body, and they just lack professionalism. Just horribleservice, disappointing food, and a constant wrong order. I?m done!
