I was curious about the delay, so I went to ask at the counter. The staff said they were busy, but I could see that the restaurant was only half full. I decided to wait another five minutes, but when my food still hadn't arrived, I went back to the cashier to request a refund and told them I would never come back. We ended up at Chili's, where we were served right away. The customer service and wait times were unacceptable, and we won't be returning.
