I just want to say that I come here literally once a week with my kids after school. I get cookies and cream every single time. Today, I noticed it was super da... read more I just want to say that I come here literally once a week with my kids after school. I get cookies and cream every single time. Today, I noticed it was super dark but didn’t say anything and got it anyways. After I paid and went to eat it, I realized it was chocolate. No biggie, I asked the guy if he could please check the bag and make sure it didn’t get switched. After a few minutes he came back and said “oh we ran out and just mixed it with chocolate” So impolitely asked him for a refund since I don’t like any of the other flavors and he said “we don’t do those” so then obviously I wasn’t happy considering I had just thrown the froyo in the trash. He then preceded to argue with me that it’s actually cookies and cream (again I know it’s not) I told him cookies in cream is a light t s color and not dark brown and assures him that I come once a week. And then he responded with “clearly not” so I asked to speak to the manager and he said “there isn’t one here and won’t be for two days” He was incredibly nasty and disrespectful. Not to mention I have NEVER seen him there before. I’m so beyond furious

And of course the sundaes at the end were the perfect tummy ending to a great day!
