This restaurant used to be my favorite drive-thru lunch spot, but now I'm very disappointed. Every time I order, they make me park in a space, even when the restaurant isn't busy. Today there were four cars waiting in spots, so I had to wait just to find a place to park! I would rather wait in the line, get my order quickly, and then find a spot to eat. I ordered a soup and turkey sandwich, so why do I have to park to eat? The food quality has declined and the customer service is terrible.
This restaurant is in desperate need of a business makeover. There were plenty of workers in the restaurant, but no one was working the drive-thru or curbside pickup for online orders. When I went inside to ask about my order, they still had items missing. The bread was hard, the soup was cold, the green tea tasted bad, and the sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise. I can understand having a younger staff, as I was once a high schooler myself, but the lack of management and organization is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
