I called to ask if we are to order differently for a... read more Yesterday my family member went here to get a bacon egg cheese brioche. She ended up with a scrambled egg. I called to ask if we are to order differently for a fried egg. The manager said no we ordered correctly. She said we could come back to get another yesterday. I said it will be a 40 minute trip can we get it tomorrow? She reluctantly agreed and took our name. Today we went back and we’re told that the manager name was wrong that ah remembered and treated very badly. My family member left. I called and talked with someone who said no should have been told yesterday to write down managers name in my ticket which I wasn’t told. I said you are treating me like I did something wrong! I asked for a manager. He had a different series of events. He was not friendly but said they found our name and would have the sandwiches ready. By this time my family member had already left. I used to frequent but no more with their rude employees and managers. They are supposed to make soft poached egg. Yesterday I got fried, today my family member bought outright and it is hard fried. It sucks. The best part is when it used to be soft but they can’t even get that right anymore. I will go to one of the hundreds of other restaurants nearby from now on.

I pre-ordered boxes of coffee for an event, but I ordered from the wrong location. When I came by to pick it up, I realized my mistake. The guys working at this location whipped up my entire order in under 10 minutes, called the other location to inform them of my mistake, and saved the day! Also, thank you Panera for crediting me back for the order that I placed at the wrong location. Thank you so much!
