The waitress was extremely friendly, and the menu had fantastic options for both vegans and non-vegans. My omnivorous boyfriend and I shared a large pizza topped with vegan cheese, banana peppers, caramelized onions, and mushrooms. We both thought it was delicious, and we had leftovers for the following night. Unfortunately, they were sold out of some items when we visited, but I’m looking forward to trying them next... The vegan options are somewhat limited, unless you choose to build your own pizza. However, the value for the price is definitely there in terms of portion size. Despite being a tall person with a big appetite, I couldn't finish the large pizza in one sitting. That said, it tasted great both times I visited. View all feedback.
Always have loads of vegan options and the servers are always knowledgable on how to make non-vegan dishes vegan (like substituting for their vegan cheese). I have gotten the veggie pizza and added vegan cheese and also the tempeh hoagie is delicious and I always add the vegan cheese! I go to Mellow Mushroom time and time again in all different cities because I can always rely on them to have lots of vegan options, have knowledgable staff, and its a great place to meet up with your non-vegan friends and family since they have such a large menu at any of their locations. The waitress was very friendly and the menu was great for vegans and non-veganers alike. My omni bf and I shared a large pizza with vegan cheese, banana peppers, caramelized onions and mushrooms. We both, though it was really good and had leftovers in the following night. Unfortunately, they were sold from the time we went, but I'm glad to try the next time. The menu is also marked with a V next to the vegetarian options, but there is no vegan labelling that would be great to see a day.
The vegan pizza is very good. I enjoy the thin crust. You can also build your own with additional options.
Always have a lot of vegan options and the servers are always on how to make non-vegan dishes vegan (like replacement for their vegan cheese). I got the veggie pizza and vegan cheese added and also the pace of Hoagie is delicious and I always add the vegan cheese! I always go to Mellow Mushroom in all different cities, because I can always rely on them to have many vegan options, scientific staff, and its a great place to meet with your non-vegan friends and family as they have such a large menu at each of their locations. The atmosphere of this pizza place is really fun, the artwork on the walls is awesome. We got the pretzel bites, which are vegan if you ask for no butter/no cheese. I got the Pacific Rim pizza and subbed in vegan cheese and tempeh for the mozz/meat. I asked for my tempeh to be tossed in bbq sauce but they forgot, that would have made it soooo much better! I just ate it anyway and it was good, but it's definitely on the more expensive end for pizza.
