I don't often write reviews, but I felt the need to share my positive experience with the manager at this restaurant today. I had lunch with my children and grandchildren, a tradition we uphold several times a year. The manager was very active and engaged with both the staff and customers throughout the entire two hours I was there. Although I don't know his name, he was approachable and quickly resolved a minor issu... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ford's Garage Wesley Chapel:
The decorations are very cool, as the name says it is like eating in a Ford garage. It was very interesting and fun atmosphere. The wait staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre. I had the fish and chips and they were soggy. My husband had the ribs and Burnt ends combo platter. He said it tasted like it had been heated up, but cooked yesterday. Our waitress was super friendly. I would recomm... View all feedback.
That looked like a funny place to eat during the visit of the city and it was really! if they are a ford fan or nostalgic car, that is a must! greeted and immediately down. our waitress was helpful and brought us drinks immediately while we looked at the menu. if they are vegetarian, there were really not many options, so my daughter and I only ate some beside dishes, but they were good, only would like to see more opportunities in restaurants in the future. to come in a more beautiful place.
The most interesting burgerplatz I've ever had. the first is that the bathroom are very clean, but it is an interesting garage thema. the service is great, the people were nice and respected them. the eating is pretty good, I got this jiffy burger, the erdnussbutter had I thought it would be nasty, but it was pretty good, just too much peanut butter. the line was not long and the food is at a pretty good price. if they are a fan of burgers, they should definitely come here 8/10.
We have been there twice in the last month. The staff greeting you is great, the servers super friendly, the menu quite varied, and the overall setting is fun. The huge problem we had in both visits is the kitchen is SO SLOW. Last time we had 5:30 reservations, and finally left after 8 pm. The main reason is the order took over one hour to deliver to the table. And then, some of the food was only warm and not hot. Our server offered many apologies, but they must be really short staffed. The time before with a large group of 12 on a Sunday at 4 pm, was just the same. Even the appetizers took forever to come out of the kitchen, and then the dinners even longer. What looked to be a good experience really fell flat. I rarely criticize places I eat, and I even mentioned the poor experience when we arrived the second time. But I can't imagine returning again, and I want anyone reading this to realize you should manage your expectations at Ford's Garage.
Nice pub with dine in and bar options. Food service was fast. Our waitress was really friendly.Only thing was they were out of many drinks on Saturday night, even they served merica mule drink in a glass rather than a mug. Hopefully they will ramp up themselves for Saturday night’s rush .Overall it was good.
