Domino's Pizza - Lutz

Sometimes, you?re in a situation where Dominos is the only option. No shame in that game. My advice to you if you find yourself ordering from this location: make sure to check the order before the driver leaves your house. They have zero quality controland the drivers are constantly mixing up the orders.

Last night we ordered 2 pizzas and a lava cake dessert for delivery, but when the order arrived the dessert was missing. When I called Dominos, Amber was apologetic and helpful. Within 20 minutes, fresh hot dessert was delivered to our door. A+ for foodand great service!

I ordered one pepperoni and one cheese pizza, a bread bowl, and cinnamon twists. Instead, I received two cheese pizzas, one with pineapples, and no dip for the cinnamon twists. The bread bowl had plain-tasting pasta inside. I will not be ordering from here again. It was a waste of my hard-earned money and time.

We order a steak pizza and veggie pizza from this restaurant at least once a week, sometimes adding in some other items, but often just sticking with pizza. We've ordered from here probably 20-30 times and have never had a mistake in our order, not even missing sauce or dip. This is definitely the best Domino's location, and I'm grateful that they deliver to us! Big shoutout to the team for always providing excellent service and to the leadership for hiring such great staff.

The manager, Shawn (or Sean), informed me that it would be easier to discard the 4 pizzas than to satisfy the customer when there was an issue with my order. The pizzas had been sitting out for 1.5 hours and were cold. Perhaps consider hiring a new manager?
