Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lutz

I wish this place had more consistency. I love this new AL PASTOR chicken they have but when they scrape the sides of the container you end up with dried out pieces of chicken. The brown rice was undercooked or also old. Big flood inside the dining area. Not one employee came out with a mop or squeegee. Who's teaching these kids his to work in a restaurant? Wish they'd do better. We'd go back more often.

Containers were half full. They basically gave me one bowl but I had to pay for two.I called to get a refund. Unhelpful. Wanted to make me jump through hoops to get my money back since it was a door dash order.Chipotle does not value its paying customers. They just rip you off then don’t want to make it right.I’m never giving another dollar again and I am recommending to my company to cease catering from them at events.

Just left this Chipotle after waiting in line for several minutes and seeing how dirty their counter was. They were refilling the bins and food is just everywhere. They wear gloves but yet touch on everything (transferring bins out the warmer, getting new items out of the refrigerator) and then go back to touching the food without changing their gloves…not very sanitary. It’s always something with this one. My last time trying this location.

Then I headed over to Culver's across the street and was met with a completely different vibe. Everyone was friendly and smiling. I understand that anyone can have an off day, but when it's the entire staff, that's unacceptable! I just spent $35 on two bowls! The next time I feel like having those, I'll just make them at home!

We absolutely love Chipotle, and we really don’t want to spoil our positive feedback! However, the fact that we can only order chicken quesadillas online is such a ridiculous rule. Seriously, who came up with this nonsensical policy, and how much time does it actually save?
