That felt like a completewaste of my money

One of the... read more Went through the drive thru placed my order, to begin with the woman was rude and acting like she did me a favor. Soraya she said she was a manager. One of the sandwiches was a beef and cheddar sandwich. I drove all the way home, and realize order isnot correct. I called of course no one answers. so I take order all the way back. She is rude again of course takes food andthen reprimands how I should of been more clear. What?s more clear than a beef and cheddar?? I get the bag back they didn?tremake the food it was cold all they did was add the cheese to a cold sandwich and made my other food cold! I asked where theold food was since, I had to drive all the way back as a courtesy (knowing they just added cheese and not replacing the now allcold food) if I could keep. She said no it was thrown away! I won?t be back at this arbys this was the worst service! I haveever received from your company and the rudeness is just unbelievable. I would like a refund or something this food was ruinedfrom the employee lack of making correct and fresh

If you order more then one meal be prepared to wait 10 minutes and have them make you pull into the parking lot and wait. Also check your food because theyconsistently forget something. Lucky I love the food but it?s really not the place to go if you are in a hurry.
