We were in Fürstenhagen today and actually wanted to go to the snack bar, but since it was closed we spontaneously went to Frillefanz. 11 a.m., two guests in th... read more We were in Fürstenhagen today and actually wanted to go to the snack bar, but since it was closed we spontaneously went to Frillefanz. 11 a.m., two guests in the beer garden. I went in with my daughter to ask if we could sit outside. A stressed woman at the buffet asked without greeting whether we had made a reservation, we said no and she immediately said, well that's not possible today! Very impolite. I left immediately after the first sentence, she came after me and kept talking about how there was only a buffet and we couldn't sit inside (which we didn't want to do). When she saw my husband and the other two children, she said , we can sit outside, have a drink and eat from the buffet, but so many people are coming today... oh man, how unprofessional. We then left without a word. Without listening to the guest, you can't do anything and just start chatting! Before the people who made the reservation came, we would have been gone...with three children (a baby) we just wanted to have a drink outside, feed the baby and give the kids something to eat. We definitely won't be coming back! And if walk-ins are not welcome, simply hang a sign somewhere or politely point out that today you are only open for reserved guests... I think the two men in the beer garden didn't have a reservation either!
