Food was over 45 minutes late they only had one delivery driver which is crazy on a Friday. also food didn’t taste as good as it has done before tasted like it was rushed
Food was rushed didn't taste as good as normal. Took 2 hours to be delivered after I ordered. Usually good service, maybe won't order on weekends again
Delivery took an hour and 15 minutes, when the food arrived it was cold. I paid for additional sauces, however, they were not delivered and I was still charged. I rang the restaurant and they said it was not on the order even though they still charged me and it was on my order confirmation. They were happy to take the additional money but offered no solution.
Horrible service. Called to add in extras but the person hung up the phone. Ended up doing another order of Shawarma and Taouk wraps from Desert Rose.
The food is lovely but the service is abysmal..the last three orders have been an issue..the 1st i in my received 1 Sharmwa wrap when I ordered 2..the second was over 40 minutes late and today 30 minutes late and I called them 3 times but no answer..i also specify each time no salad or sauce in wraps and every time there is salad..also the chips are always cold..i have now had to contact just eat as 3 times in a row is not good..i have requested a refund
