I got myself a tiger brown sugar which wasn’t cool enough and was too sweet. Edited 26/06/24 Beeb bubbles you truly need to train your staff to handle customers with respect and attitude free. One of the worst staffs I’ve ever seen. They’re too busy with their work and wrapped with attitude towards the customers. I gave £10.50 expecting a change of £6.30, but he gave only 40p for my surprise I’d to ask him again for the balance and then he gave the £5 note and didn’t have the audacity to tell they’ve got no change

She got rude about it so I asked for the complaint book, which she claimed not to have. Poor customer service and untrustworthy food handling.

I swear the tapioca was made from rabbit pelts as they had a stench like faeces and the texture of half digested carrots. I saw the manager put his grubby little stumps (his feet I mean) into my mango milk tea and then rub it clean on the same dish they use to clean the worktops. Unless you’re into the macabre and bizzare, this one’s a miss from me!

When we tried to pay for our ice creams with a card, the... read more The service at this restaurant is lacking, as two of the staff members displayed poor customer service. When we tried to pay for our ice creams with a card, the card machine was not working. After waiting for 15 minutes for it to be fixed, they requested payment in cash, which we did not have. We returned the melted ice creams as instructed, and the staff members laughed at us. When I asked for the manager's contact information, they gave me a number and pretended to be someone else when answering the phone. I am shocked and disgusted by their behavior, and there seems to be no way to contact a customer service department.

It was much better than the homemade version, even though it had a slightly artificial taste. The only downside was the price at £4.20, which was quite high for a drink.

I would say: choose your straw wisely, I ended up picking out a paper straw which was good for nothing and had to eventually use a spoon to have those bubbles. Also there was only one pretty lady working at the stall. Most of the times I’ve seen at least two of them but this poor lady kept working and serving everyone in that constant queue. Had to wait seven to eight minutes to order but was definitely worth it. Thanks
