I ordered a tiger brown sugar drink, but it was not cold enough and too sweet.

When we tried to pay for our ice creams with a card, the... read more The service at this restaurant is lacking, as two of the staff members displayed poor customer service. When we tried to pay for our ice creams with a card, the card machine was not working. After waiting for 15 minutes for it to be fixed, they requested payment in cash, which we did not have. We returned the melted ice creams as instructed, and the staff members laughed at us. When I asked for the manager's contact information, they gave me a number and pretended to be someone else when answering the phone. I am shocked and disgusted by their behavior, and there seems to be no way to contact a customer service department.

Met a fantastic young girl who took my order and was really nice to me whilst serving me. it was really busy however she managed to get my drink done fast. i ca... read more Met a fantastic young girl who took my order and was really nice to me whilst serving me. it was really busy however she managed to get my drink done fast. i came another time and there was two and both was talking to me and giving excelent service, i asked for their names it was aysha and naqeebah and i would defo reccomend trying out their jasmine tea. ever since seeing how excellent their customer service is and how delicious their drinks are ive become a regular customer and love seeing their faces when i come get a boba at the end of the day. juice.
