Worst booking ever. don't waste your money here. we have booked 2 rooms 2 days before arrival. the payment was released. at the arrival they said that no booking was made and the hotel was fully booked and the rented were indecent and decent to deal with such problems. they refused to pay back the payment and ask us to look for other hotel..it was 10 pm and there was no hotel available. we don't have a choice but to drive to the house.

We've booked 6 rooms here as we are travelling with families. Upon reading the review and flashing through the pictures of the rooms, we quickly book in hoping we got what we have seen. Once we are there, unfortunately, all rooms are in very poor condition. Wallpaper was torn here and there. The toilets were the worst! Basic room complimentary such as soap shampoo were not provided! we have to ask for it and we only got shower gel. The toilet and the sink are very dirty with mould. The showerhead fittings are broken and the toilet's mirror box was covered with rust and mould! The water pipe was broken! The management manage to fix this broken pipe but left all the fixing mess for us to clean! Security-wise, it is not secure at all. They should have given us 2 keys. 1 key for the main door and the other for the room. So that at night the main door can be locked and open properly by the other guests. Instead, they only give u only the room's key. On one of the nights, unfortunately, the main door was locked by the other guest staying in the other room of the house and the management CALL US AT 1 AM IN THE MORNING, ACCUSING US OF LOCKING THE MAIN DOOR AND ASKING US TO UNLOCK THE DOOR! very unacceptable. Breakfast was provided however we had to wash on our own and use handwashing liquid! Not hygienic at all. All in all, the management is very poor at managing the whole establishment. Sorry I have to say that it is not recommended to stay here at all!

False advertising. remembers his housekeeper and no hotel. the standard room with double beds with a common bathroom whete her neighbourly tends to lock it from inside, that she knocks on her door or go all the way to the lobby as they respond in the regular blunt answer her calls. Otherwise the cleanliness overall is bad, like the bed sheets and pillow vover, although white, they can see some dirty spots on them. the corners of space and wall are dusty. no facilities such as towel, water cooker or hot water in the house. again they have to go all the way to the kieselstein to get hot water. most of the hot water dispensers are out of work, the plates and utensils are dirty and rustic they stay on their own risk

The room was okay. but we need to share the bathroom with other guests. for me his not recommended unless it's okay. I will never come back here again.
