Was Robert Fields at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
Our young waitress was fantastic, the restaurant was clean, and it had a great atmosphere. There was even a young man making balloon animals for the kids, who absolutely loved it! Everyone was polite and courteous. I would rate Ruby's a perfect 10/10 for kid-friendliness, with high chairs available and, of course, the famous Balloon Man! View all feedback.

The food was ok but I think they seriously need to put more effort in to training the waitresses. Had to ask for a plate for my fathers appetizers. He also ordered a draft beer she brought him a bottle. When asked about sauces she said ketchup bbq sauce and honey mustard that's all I remember right now. I also had to ask for silverware. On Sunday afternoon, Stephanie was our server, and she brought such a positive energy to our experience. I really enjoyed having lunch with my family! The food was delicious, and you absolutely must try the ruby relaxer.
**Restaurant Review: Kate the Waitress – Sunday, April 14, 2024** I visited this restaurant with a friend on Sunday and placed a to-go order. Kate was our waitress, and I found her behavior quite unusual. She wanted to take pictures of our coupons from our mobile app instead of simply writing down the coupon code like most waitstaff do. When it was time to leave, she handed us our receipt and mentioned that we could scan it to earn reward points on our Ruby Tuesday app. However, when we got home and tried to scan the receipt, we discovered that our points had already been redeemed. It’s clear that Kate shouldn’t be working here, as her actions seem dishonest. I want my tip back, Kate!
