However, the only drawback is that the staff always seem disorganized whenever I walk in, regardless of how busy the shop is. It consistently takes me 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink. I believe they need to reevaluate their workflow, especially since there are usually three or four employees at the counter, and it still takes a long time, even when there’s hardly anyone in the drive-thru. That said, the coffee is absolutely fantastic!

They never took my order because I waited at the intercom for 10 minute... read more I patiently waited in the drive through for 30-45 minutes as 6 cars were in front of me. They never took my order because I waited at the intercom for 10 minutes and didn 't hear a word. I assumed the intercom was just broken and that 's why things were slow. If they were busy, I would think they would say just a moment, or I 'll be with you in a minute . So I pulled up to the window as the cars before me were slowly leaving and they asked what I ordered (which I hadn 't). So Iorder at the window and pull up to get out of the way. I then waited another 15 minutes before getting the frozen coffee, but hadn 't received my food. 20 minutes go by before I get the rest of my order, (they admittedly forgot). The coffeegiven to me earlier is now melted, and I 've just wasted over a hour getting breakfast for my wife. Ruined my morning. I?ll be back, I understand this is a fluke. If things are smooth then, I?ll edit this review. Thanks for the response.
