You gotta love this place! Takes me back to Mel's Diner on TV when I was a kid. There is a Flo,Vera,Alice,and Mel all there. Down south home cooking at its finest. Served with a smile and maybe cousin Vinny will be around to tell you a joke. Thank you!
I sat at the counter for over 10 minutes and never once was acknowledged or asked for my order. No coffee or drink offer. I actually pre-ordered my food and got there ten minutes early. I would have liked to sip a coffee while I waited, but no oneacknowledged me in a timely fashion. Finally, after about 15 minutes, the guy cooking asked if someone helped me. Honestly, bythen I was ready to go so I left. I?ve never been to this location before. I?m sure this is a nice place to visit, as the ladywho took my phone order was very pleasant. But it?s everyone?s responsibility to take care of all customer?s even if they?re notin your section. The other guy working behind the counter carried on conversations with other customer?s who were seated at thecounter, and passed me multiple times just like everyone else working. However, no one felt the need to ask if I wanted a cup ofcoffee. I will not be back.
