What buf04 dislikes about Vr 23:
Have been here 2 times. The first time staff was friendly. We had a very good piadina on the terrace overlooking the lake. Great view. Second time the restaurant was empty and staff was rude and the terrace was dirty so we just had a coffee and went to lunch somewhere else. View all feedback.
