Divina - LUINO

Local not particularly full, one person to serve, we waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and when I asked explanations for the length answered the owner very rudely. I'm sure I'm not coming back.

I came here with my children a few days ago, small and low quality squares sold at an exaggerated price and service not the best (the maid brought us the wrong order).

I had dinner with my family tonight. Good lace and stuffed with quality products. It is worth waiting a few more minutes and eating a product prepared at the moment.

Having a good reputation, today we wanted to try local qs very known to Luino: total disappointment and irritation. 1) We were almost forced by the waiter to sit at the table before even being able to consult the menu (on the tables there was only that of the ice cream shop and that in German language); 2) we ordered a menu-plane, a piadina and a drink with veiled misfortune of the waiter; 3) we had to wait a long time and when they finally served us, the piadines were of poor quality and very heavy; 4) at the time of payment, we discovered that the menu’ proposed by the waiter had a higher price than that given by the card; 5) at the request of explanations, the usual waiter answered us with a lot of arrogance and extrafottenza. Never again!!! Stay away because to Luino there are many other best places both for the quality of food, the kindness of the staff and not least the convenience of prices.

If you are in Luino on Monday you have little choice. Most restaurants are closed. So let's have lunch at this place. A piadina, a salad, two Coca Zero. Just enough level, almost non-existent service and little quality. I feel bad.
