The restaurant was full on this Wednesday evening and it’s clear why this is so popular. I had the beef tartare, which was beautifully done properly seasoned, really nice flavour and texture, the kind of dish that reminds you why a good tartare is hard to beat when it’s made with care. My wife and daughter both went for the meatballs and enjoyed every bite. The french fries came with homemade mayonnaise and I think these were the best fries I had in a long time. For dessert, the crème brûlée and chocolate mousse were both excellent the brûlée had that perfect crack on top, and the mousse was rich without being heavy. We paired the meal with a lovely bottle of Malbec that held its own against everything on the table. Warm service, unfussy atmosphere, and food that clearly comes from a kitchen that cares.

The dishes are INCROYABLELY good... read more We spent 2 great evenings in this MAGNIFIQUE restaurant very well arranged and comfortable!! We have always been TRÈS welcome!! The dishes are INCROYABLELY good but also of quality with local specialties widely represented (such as the coroner's bottles tested personally. We had not yet experienced such a gustative experience in a restaurant!! In summary, this is an INCONTOURNABLE place in the city of Liège!! Experience ABSOLUMENT!!!
