Not only because the lady who prepared my sandwich was attentive, fast and friendly, but because the sandwich was properly prepared. bread roasted where it had a slight crunch; filling covers the whole sandwich without overflow; Sandwich was properly wound. Restaurant tables and preparation line were clean.
