I was actually fired today over something trivial, but the place is disgusting. There are roaches and roach eggs on the ice machine, and I know the managers see them. They don’t clean anything there. This isn't the first restaurant I’ve had a problem with; I’d much rather eat somewhere else.

Food is always cold...and ice cream is served melted! How are you going to serve melted ice cream? Management must really suck because they don't fix simple situations. Get food and drinks out in a timely manner.

I cannot recommend this restaurant for dining. The management is seriously lacking, and when I brought up concerns about harassment and other issues while I was there, they were completely ignored. Even if you take your complaints to the corporate level, it won't result in any changes. Their primary focus appears to be profit over everything else. Also, just a warning—don't order ice cream; they hardly clean the machine, claiming it’s "too much work." This is the kind of experience you can expect here!
