Two of us visited here on Wednesday afternoon. The staff was busy, but very friendly. Food and beer are on the spot. They had two beers to offer, a Pilsner and a March we both liked. Other beers are on the menu, but are seasonal. The staff spoke all English, but were kindly patient with my very imperfect German. That was a nice stop.

In the middle of the day of sightseeing in the beautiful city of Luneburg it was very nice to enjoy interesting and notorious local meal in this well-designed restaurant. If we return to this city one day, we will visit this restaurant again, I believe

First visit: Because of the evening and weekend no free space in the house, but a large terrace available only around the corner. Good beer and good food. Second visit: Smokey beer and flame cake. Very good. Third visit: Cheesedices and kabanosi. ordered twice. Only 2 kabanosi, 8 cheese cubes and lots of salad, olives, green peppers, small tomatoes and one of two times three slices of bread. Should be more cheese and saucages and less of secondary dishes. Otherwise rename the dish tot olives and peppers with cheese and 2 kabanosi.

Food was great, I got the carving paprika. Beer was also good, I think I had the house original and the marzen. As mentioned, the service was not great. I had to fly the waiter to order beer. Just not what I'm used to. He was very friendly and nice. You also have English menus, although what is fun is that. I'd go back!

We came here for dinner at 6pm. Every table inside had a sign on it; reserviert. Couldn't get any explanation despite that almost every table was empty both when we arrived and left. So we had to sit outside on a very busy pedestrian street. Ordered tomate flammkuchen and wienerschnitzel. Both meals were ok but definitely not more. On top of that the evening was rather cool and so was the food before we were finished
