Very nice restaurant/bistro/bar in best location. Very nice and fast staff. In summer you can enjoy the beautiful weather in an Aperol splash or a cool beer. We like to come here.

We were on the 9th. We had a bigger party on the eve and I wanted to invite the more travelled guests the next morning to a cozy breakfast. I therefore had an e-mail confirmed reservation for 10:30 a.m., but the cafe opened only at 11 a.m. on the day in question... When we arrived there at the reserved time at 10:30 a.m., the staff was visibly surprised, since this day it should only open at 11 a.m. Reason of the staff: because of the long Ludwigsburger music night had arrived on the eve and even first. Apart from that, my reservation was not at all deposited in their system and so it was not only us, but also several other guests who had also reserved for 10:30 hrs.. Friendlyly, we were allowed to take place at 10:30 hrs. indoors until the actual opening at 11 hrs., which was outside cold. What followed was the pure chaos. The summit was that the service at 3 minutes before 11 a.m. refused to accept our order and insisted to do so only from point 11 a.m. I was rarely in such a embarrassing situation to my guests and I wish I hadn't dared to experiment with a newly opened cafe for this day. The breakfast itself was good and the service eventually also encircled, but the whole chaos before it has unfortunately put everything in the shadow. Never again and therefore just one point! I gave a corresponding feedback after our visit by e-mail, on which I received an apology from the managing director. He has reasoned the opening at 11 a.m. that one must adhere to the times of worship, in my knowledge is the church owner of the property . However, this does not cover with the statement of the service Ludwigsburger Musiknacht or with the opening hours indicated on the homepage. He asked me in his answer for a second chance and offered me a voucher for another visit he wanted to send to me by mail. I got him on 23.11. my address has been emailed, but since then nothing has been heard either by e-mail or by mail.

Were here for dinner today had reserved what and the very arrogant and inseparable service was the first to deny it no one would have reserved! Then got a place... The food was lukewarm and on the question of Esspresso it was called around 19.30h ne there is no more today, Mabar is now powdered! To laugh the place was unheated.... We are no longer coming and cannot recommend it in any case. Shame

Visit to breakfast on a Sunday morning: located directly on the market square in Ludwigsburg, the house belongs to the Catholic Church; the restaurant business was started in June 2014, especially in beautiful weather the location invites (especially the lounge furniture overlooking the lively marketplace) the service is extremely friendly and accommodating breakfast there is Mo Sa from 9.30 to 21.30 (So from 10.30 to 18.30); e.g. Rapunzel (Müsli, fruit, milk for 5.80 EUR), pech marie (seed on bread with bacon for 6.40 EUR), table cloth (cheese, ham variations, olives, caprese, dried tomatoes, pesto, jam, bread for 12.20 EUR) we have sampled: Dornröschen (Müsli, fruit, yoghurt for 6.20 EUR both very nicely dressed and the bread was extremely tasty beside breakfast there are sandwiches, bagels, salads, in-house pizza, etc. FAZIT: Delicious breakfast (around the day), friendly service, price quite up! I'll be back! Supplement: In the meantime visits several times, also for dinner! Also recommended!
