Towels were changed only after request. Personnel made extensive cigarette breaks every morning in front of the guests' eyes.This should be done.For gastronomy, I can't say anything because we did not eat there through 3 days.

The staff there very kindly informed us that we simply had to walk through the back. We didn't arrive at the accommodation until around 6 p.m., so unfortunately, no one was there. There was a note on the door with a phone number, which we called. The lady then gave us the code for one of the key safes, which spit out our key. The room was simply furnished, very clean, and comfortable. The only thing I could criticize was the outside lighting, which also illuminated the room overnight. We spontaneously booked breakfast with the lady on the phone. It was well-stocked, including fresh fruit and vegetables. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be happy to come back.

That's completely unprofessional and should never happen at work.
