Sometimes everyone has to come together to make something good.

We stayed overnight at the Turmklause and were very satisfied. At first, we were briefly confused because our GPS directed us to the restaurant. The staff there... read more We stayed overnight at the Turmklause and were very satisfied. At first, we were briefly confused because our GPS directed us to the restaurant. The staff there very kindly informed us that we simply had to walk through the back. We didn't arrive at the accommodation until around 6 p.m., so unfortunately, no one was there. There was a note on the door with a phone number, which we called. The lady then gave us the code for one of the key safes, which spit out our key. The room was simply furnished, very clean, and comfortable. The only thing I could criticize was the outside lighting, which also illuminated the room overnight. We spontaneously booked breakfast with the lady on the phone. It was well-stocked, including fresh fruit and vegetables. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be happy to come back.

The service was generally good—the slight slowness could probably be attributed to the high demand. What really shocked me, however, was that the manager was obviously very drunk. That's completely unprofessional and should never happen at work.
