I wanted some comfort food, and... read more This cozy, warm and welcoming restaurant is worth the wait. The staff were super nice, attentive, and know how to prepare food. I wanted some comfort food, and that's exactly what I received. The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly, served with a small side salad, and potatoes. The burger bun was soft and light and had cheese, onions, and tomato. The salad was dressed with a light oil and came with tomatoes and carrot shavings. The fries were delicious and not oily or heavy. All the menu items were reasonably priced. A very satisfying dinner, comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food the perfect ending to a day of travel and the beginning of our stay in Lucca.

The rav... read more It could be easy to miss this restaurant as it’s quite a small place with just a few tables. The menu is concise but there’s something to suit everyone. The ravioli of the day was simple yet perfect. Dessert was homemade plum cake served with ice cream, just enough to leave you wanting more. I would definitely recommend a visit here if you like fresh home cooked traditional food. Loved it
