As Americans, we pulled the good ol’ early evening dinner at 7:45pm, therefore we were able to get in on a Saturday night. The rest of the evening was fully booked. The dinner was delicious...and flavorful. Very nice server who spoke English and explained evening’s menu. The pistachio spaghetti with shrimp was perfection! Would return again.

But expensive. I am a foodie and I can say the food is great, the flavors complement each other so well. Classy cocktail party in my mouth. The staff is lovely and they care about making it a nice experience for the clients. I had a nice girl explain literally every dish in the menu. In the end when there was a misunderstanding with the bill, they were so gracious and professional. The setup is clever, for people who also care about what's around them while eating (Guzman please don't change it and don't make it mainstream) Expensive but still stars due to the food and service. My type of place, upscale but not pretentious PS: Get the duck. Out of this world. And I still don't know the name of the short girl that served it.
