But in the limited choice of the menu (3 starters, 4 first courses and 3 second courses) we did not find a single dish that could recall local products. The first ones are all very “creamy”. The truffle of the one in flakes in oil. Nothing was bad but not good either I would say rather lacking in flavour.The Salted Caramel cake also had the salt that was missing in the pastry.
