The day before departure, we approached her with an order, to which Nastya announced a new version: you need to pay 3000 UAH for a banquet (on Monday for two .... and another 100 UAH for a pool .. after of our refusal, this woman changed her face and began to be rude, and I quote what did you think, this is the level of the establishment, I 'm not interested in your order for 200 hryvnia per person, throw the menu so that we still think .. When we were indignant at the tone and they said that it was not the level to communicate with guests like that, she asked a question, I quote Why did you even come here? ... To be honest, we have never met such an ill-mannered administrator who allows himself to be rude and evaluate guests with a bill for food. We came to take a break from the war, just to get some sleep, we live near the war zone, but in the end we got a lot of negativity and unnecessary stress, which we had enough . If the administrator was a smart woman, she would initially provide reliable information and the question was settled, because the response is for rudeness, and if the hotel values its visitors, then they offer an alternative so that people recommend and return again. We also saw more than once during the days of our stay how this woman refused to serve people under the pretext. heavy workload although in fact there were not many people at all. The room is clean, there is a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, electric towel dryer, hot water, hygiene products (gampun, gel), towels. Pool towels were provided separately every day. The pool, sunbeds and towels are free if you stay at the hotel. The pool is clean, convenient descent, the depth of the pool is up to 2 meters. There is no separate shallow pool for children, but we knew that, so we took a circle, a gel, the child was still delighted, she climbed on her own, because the wide steps are comfortable and not slippery. The food is all delicious, freshly prepared and even decorated with love, quickly. I was most surprised by lemonade and croissants, strudel. A pleasant, calm melody plays all the time near the pool the sounds of nature. The service was exclusively Ukrainian. Waiters and employees are polite, even helped us find interesting places in the city where to have fun with the child, helped with all questions. The hotel is not big, so there are not many guests, it is quiet and peaceful. We would be happy to come again.

Visited this complex with a friend to have lunch. A beautiful area, but I have never seen or tasted worse dishes in a restaurant than here! We ordered pizza with mushrooms, deruna, tiramisu, strudel and mojito b/a. All they were able to eat normally was strudel and drink a drink. It seems that the pizza was made yesterday, the cheese is dry and there was so little of it... there were also very few mushrooms, burnt peppers. Savoyards in tiramisu were simply oak , the cream was not tasty at all!!! Please, managers and owners, review the quality of your kitchen!! After your dinner, we were left hungry and unsatisfied. It 's a pity that they spent money on lunch in your complex!
